Pupopolis Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pupopolis! We are dedicated to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for you and your furry friends. Please review our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery options, and more. 

 

Processing Times: 

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
- During peak shopping periods (holidays, etc.), processing times may vary due to increased manufacturing demand and carrier constraints.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, Monday-Friday will process on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

- We can not change the shipping address or method after checkout. 
- Purchases that include multiple items may be delivered separately depending on warehouse location.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-10 business days after processing. Rates calculated at checkout.
- Rates calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99. (Contiguous U.S. States only).
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or internationally.
- Orders totaling less than $99. are Carrier Calculated based on weight, package dimensions and delivery destination.
- We are unable to deliver P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

Sustainable Packaging:

- As part of our commitment to sustainability, all Pupopolis orders are shipped using eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. 

Order Tracking:

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with Tracking Number and Carrier Information. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

- If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at hello@pupopolis.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
